If you use the Link Trip to Work Order feature, you can access the environmental report. This report provides a summarized overview of CO2 emissions over a specific period and for individual work orders.
To generate this report, you also need to use the mileage log from Infobric and the Link Trip to Work Order feature.
Generate Environmental Report
Click Reports in the left-hand menu, then select Environmental Report.
The initial view shows a summary of all work orders with linked trips from the past year.
To adjust your selection, click Selection at the top. You can change the time period, select specific projects, and apply more filters by choosing Modify Work Order/Project Selection Filters.
Click OK to display your environmental report. A summary of the trips will appear at the bottom.
You can export the report to Excel and select which columns to display by clicking the menu button on the far right of the column headers.
To get a more graphical summary, click Show Summary at the top.
