Product Updates – May 2025

Updated this week

What's New in Infobric Workorder

Summer is approaching – and before the holiday season kicks off, we're releasing a few long-awaited improvements in Workorder. This update includes enhancements for those working with installed devices as well as for teams using the Monitor integration.

The update will be released on Wednesday, May 28 at 1:00 PM.

This is our first product update in English. Please note that some screenshots are still in Swedish. Switch to swedish version here.

Create Work Orders from Installed Devices

A long-awaited feature is here! It's now easier to manage work orders linked to an installed device. You can:

  • View both past and upcoming work orders

  • Create a new work order directly from the device card

When you click “Create New Work Order”, a new work order opens with the device information already filled in.

By clicking “View past work orders” or “View future work orders”, you get an overview of all work orders linked to the device—both historical and upcoming.

Site Notes in the Dialogue Tab

You can now view site notes directly under the Dialogue tab. If there are any notes on the site, they will appear under a separate heading in the list.

You can edit and delete existing notes directly in the list. To add new site notes, you still need to go to the site itself and add them there.

Infobric Workorder + Monitor ERP

Are you using Workorder together with Monitor? Then we’ve got some great news for you!

Monitor – Select Warehouse per Order Line

You can now choose to make the warehouse selectable directly on the order line. This means:

  • Stock reservations are directed to the selected warehouse

  • Deliveries are managed through the warehouse(s) chosen for the order

As a system administrator, you can also set a default warehouse for each user.

Monitor – Default Warehouse for Delivery

If you’ve selected a warehouse on an order line, it will now be suggested automatically during delivery.

Monitor – Sales Price as Default on Order Lines

By specifying which price list in Monitor should be used as the default "standard price list", the correct sales price can now be applied to the price field in the article registry. Previously, Monitor’s standard price was used, which is often the purchase price/cost.

You can now define which Monitor price list should serve as the standard, ensuring that the correct sales price is entered into the article registry. Previously, Monitor’s default price was used, which often reflects cost.

Improved Bookmarks in Time Report – Employee

You can now save bookmarks in Time Report – Employee with the correct filters applied.

If you check “Remember time settings”, your selected time range will also be saved. For example, if you navigated back two weeks before creating the bookmark, the bookmark will always show the week before last.

You’ll then have a quick shortcut to the correct view via Bookmarks in the side menu.

Want to update an existing bookmark? Click your bookmark to load the tab, then click the star icon to update it.

Want to create a new bookmark? Go to Time Report – Employee and apply the filters you want. Then click the star icon in the tab to save it as a new bookmark.

Filter Planning by Resource Type

You can now also filter the planning view by resource type. For example, if you only want to see employees and not order boxes, you can filter the view by the resource type Employee.

Tip: When you have a view you use frequently, click the star icon at the top of the Work Orders tab to save it as a bookmark.
