The purpose is to simplify compliance, reduce administration, and create better structure in electrical installation work — and with the integration in Infobric Workorder, the process becomes even smoother.

Benefits of integration with Säker El
With the integration, you can quickly create an assignment directly from a work order in Infobric Workorder, which is then sent to the Installatörsföretagens web service Säker El, where you can easily:
Add more information to the assignment
Give the installer access to the assignment in their app
Let the installer complete checklists and documentation digitally
How to create a new assignment
Open the work order in Infobric Workorder.
Click the three-dot button (…) in the top menu.
Select Säker El from the menu.
You’ll now see a form view where some information is already pre-filled from the work order. You can add more details and edit if needed.
Click Create assignment when you're done. The task will then be created in Säker El, and you’ll see a confirmation with assignment details.
Click Done.
How to view created assignments
Open the work order in Infobric Workorder.
Click the three-dot button (…) in the top menu.
Select Säker El from the menu.
If there is an assignment linked to the work order, you will see the following:
Information about the task – for example, when it was created.
Links to the web service – so you can quickly:
Open the assignment in Säker El to add more information.
Open the assignment in the execution view – the same view the installer accesses via the app.
Use Säker El in the app
App users can also access the assignment directly in the app:
Tap on Säker El in the hamburger menu.
If there’s an assignment linked to the work order, it will automatically open in an external browser on the phone.
If no assignment has been created yet, a message will appear saying that a supervisor or administrator needs to create the task via the central interface in Infobric Workorder.
