Product updates December 2025

Updated over a week ago

News in Infobric Workorder

In this year’s final product update, we’re improving both the Monitor integration and the connections between Workorder and Fleet. You can now make more adjustments directly in Workorder, sync order lines more smoothly, and manage both drivers and machine resources more easily. We’ve also added new search and display options in project estimates and project follow-up, and updated the navigation in the button view.

The update will be released on Wednesday, December 10 at 3:00 PM.

What’s new in the Monitor integration

Change customer and order type in Workorder

It’s now easier to change the customer and order type afterwards on your work orders! Instead of logging in and making the change in Monitor, you can now do it directly in Workorder.

Previously, you couldn’t make this change in Workorder because you needed to decide whether the price and delivery date should be updated when changing the customer, along with several other options when switching order type.

Improved syncing of order lines

Order lines that are deleted in Monitor or in Workorder are now automatically removed in the other system as well. This means you always have the same up-to-date information in both systems, regardless of where you’re working.

Manage connections between Workorder and Fleet directly in the system

Manage the connection between a Workorder employee and a Fleet driver

As a system administrator, you can now manage the connections between Workorder and Fleet yourself.

Contact us via chat or email and we’ll help you activate the System Administrator view for the employee or resource card.

Link machine resources to Fleet vehicles

If you use resources of the type Machine in Workorder and schedule work orders for machines, you can now link a Machine resource in Workorder to a vehicle or machine in Infobric Fleet.

The link between a Machine resource and a Fleet vehicle is only relevant if you use features where the user selects which vehicle or machine they’re working with in the app. We will release an updated version of this in January.

Search calculations– now also by project

Project estimates linked to actual projects can now be found more quickly. Project has been added as a search criterion, and you can also display the Project column in the search results. You manage this via Manage columns.

Show Responsible in Project Follow-up TB/TG

You can now view the Responsible column in the Project Follow-up TB/TG report. Our internal reference has been available before, but you can now also display the responsible worker in the report.

Improvements in the planning view

When you hover over a planning entry, the customer’s name is now displayed at the top, and at the bottom you can see the time the work order was created. All other information remains as before.

You can now also configure your actual working hours — the hours that should appear white or grey in the planning view. For example, if your regular workday is 07:00–16:30, those hours can be displayed in white, while all other time appears in grey.

The time settings are managed by Infobric Workorder. Contact us via email or chat if you want to adjust the working hours for your workdays.

Navigate in button view

If you use the button view for work orders, Navigate now works the same way in the app as it does in the traditional tab view. Under Info, you’ll see any warning about uncertain position and whether multiple addresses are linked to the work order. When you tap Navigate, you’ll receive a warning if the position is uncertain, and if the work order contains multiple locations, an additional view will appear where you can select the correct address.

Minor improvements and fixes

Navigation position for Variation Orders (ÄTA orders)

Previously, when Variation Orders (ÄTA orders) were created, the position was taken from the work site’s location data. This has now been changed so that the navigation position (latitude and longitude) is always taken from the main order first. If no position is available on the main order, any position on the work site will still be used as a fallback.

Hyrma Transport Orders – Deleted orders reappearing

Previously, a deleted transport order in Workorder could be recreated if someone made a change to the transport in Hyrma. This issue has now been resolved. If a transport order is deleted in Workorder, it will no longer be recreated from the same Hyrma transport.

Work order widget – map view

In the widget that displays work orders on a map, work orders without coordinates (latitude/longitude) are no longer shown. Previously, direct Google lookups were made based on the entered addresses, which could result in incorrect positions and slow down the application.

Unread conversation widget

In some cases, Mark as read did not correctly mark a conversation as read, and the conversation remained marked as unread. This has now been fixed.

Form Builder – date fields

Fields where only a date had been selected (without a time) could in some cases still display a date plus time when the user filled in the form. This has now been fixed.
