News in Infobric Workorder
After the summer break, we’re back with a feature-packed release. Among the highlights is the new Summary Report, which lets you compile a customer-ready overview of completed work, including site diaries or other completed forms, photos, and attachments. We’ve also made further improvements to the Form Builder, where you can now, for example, ensure that a checklist is completed before a job is closed.
This is our product update for september translated to English. Please note that some screenshots are still in Swedish. Switch to swedish version here.
Summary Report – gather all documentation for the customer
Invoice attachments sent to customers can sometimes be a bit brief and not fully reflect the work that has been carried out. With the new Summary Report feature, you can now generate a single PDF that combines a standard printout with:
Completed forms
PDF attachments such as drawings and supplier invoices
Photos added to the work order
You select which types of attachments to include, and then create a combined PDF file that can be sent to the customer, providing a clearer picture of the work you’ve delivered.

Improvements and updates in the Form Design
Show deactivated forms under a separate heading
Forms that are deactivated are now displayed under their own headings in the list. This makes it easy to clearly see which forms have been deactivated.

Set status rule
You can now add settings to a form that require an app user to complete it before changing the status of a work order.
For example, this can be used in construction projects where a checklist must always be completed before a job is closed.
In the same way, you can require a form to be completed before work begins.

The Form Builder is an add-on module in Infobric Workorder. Don’t have access to this feature? Contact us via chat or email to add the module and start creating your own forms for data collection and work management.

Reschedule an entire work order
Sometimes conditions change before or during a job. A subcontractor may be delayed, materials might not arrive on time, or staff could fall ill. We’ve now made it easier to move all scheduling for a work order with just a few clicks.

Improvements in Transport Planning
Do you use Infobric Workorder together with Hyrma? Then we’ve got news in Transport Planning!
Group the Transport Planning list
If you often transport multiple items in the same delivery, the list can quickly get long. You can now choose to group the Transport Planning list by Shipment Number. This way, only one row per transport is displayed – not one for each line in the transport.
Your preference is saved automatically, so if you check “Group rows,” the list will load with that view the next time you open Transport Planning.
Filter by multiple depots
You can now display transport orders for several depots at the same time – not just a single one or all of them.
Tip: Use Bookmarks in Transport Planning
Did you know that in many parts of the system you can save your own bookmarks? You can now do the same in Transport Planning.
For example, if you’ve filtered the depots you usually plan for, you can name your list and even show it in the left-hand menu with your own label.
Click the star at the top of the “Transport Planning” tab, and a window will appear where you can enter your details.

Improvements in travel cost charging
Did you know that you can link trips from Infobric’s driving log to work orders—for example, to charge the end customer for travel? This also makes it possible to generate an environmental report for a project or a work order.
Learn more about how it works here.
Group and price charged trips
We’ve made several improvements to how travel charging is handled. When trips from the driving log are linked to a work order, you can now choose to have them billed on grouped lines. For example, you can consolidate all trips per week, charge them to a defined item, and choose whether to invoice per mile or per kilometer.
Do you work with price lists in Infobric Workorder? Then you can also apply the correct pricing for trips based on each project, customer, or work site.
Handle many trips with just a few clicks
A work order can easily generate a large number of trips. We’ve therefore made it possible to process many trips at once.
Set percentage in Payment Plan
We’ve made a small improvement to the Payment Plan. You can now adjust and open up the percentage for Maximum retained amount (%). By default, it is set to 5%.
Note: To unlock the percentage, a setting needs to be configured. Contact us via chat or email and we’ll help you set it up. If no changes are made, everything will continue to work as before.
Improvement in Service Agreements – correct dates on automatic order lines
In the Service Agreements module, work orders can be created automatically—for example, for annual service. You can also add order lines, such as charging base fees in connection with the service (a feature introduced in the April release).
An error caused the order date on these lines not to be set correctly. This has now been fixed.

Start by selecting an installed unit
You can now create a work order directly from an installed unit. Search for the unit—for example by serial number—and select it. The work site/facility and customer will then be filled in automatically based on where the unit is installed.
Protection against accidental deletion of attached files
Files that belong to a customer, work site, or project but are displayed under a work order can no longer be deleted directly from the work order. To remove such a file, you now do it in the correct place—for example under Work site → Attachments.
This reduces the risk of shared files being accidentally deleted.
Improvement in Time Report printout
The time report printout has been adjusted so that long names and texts no longer overlap the columns.
