Product Updates January 2026

Updated this week

News in Infobric Workorder

In the first release of the year, we have focused on simplifying work in and around the work order. You can now work with Installationsföretagen’s Säker El directly from Infobric Workorder and get improved support for correct documentation throughout the entire assignment.

We have also made planning and decision-making easier by displaying current inventory levels from Fortnox or Monitor directly on the order line.

The update will be released on Wednesday, January 28 at 3:00 PM.

Workorder + Installationsföretagen’s “Säker El” = True

Säker El is Installatörsföretagen’s new digital portal that brings together self-inspections, competence requirements, authorizations, and documentation in one place. The goal is to simplify regulatory compliance, reduce administration, and create better structure in electrical installation work.

With our new Säker El integration, you can now create Säker El assignments directly from a work order in Infobric Workorder and open them via direct links in both the web interface and the mobile app. This reduces manual handling and duplicate work, while ensuring that you are working with correct documentation throughout the entire assignment.

Once the integration is activated, you can easily create a Säker El assignment directly from the work order, creating a seamless connection between planning, execution, and documentation.

In the app, the assignment can then be opened directly from the work order to report and perform checks in Säker El’s web portal.

The feature requires that both administrators and reporters/technicians have active accounts in Säker El, and that a connection between Infobric Workorder and Säker El is configured. Infobric Workorder does not charge any additional fee for the integration.

View inventory levels in Fortnox or Monitor

You can now see current inventory levels per item in Fortnox or Monitor directly from the order line in Infobric Workorder. With a right-click, you get a quick overview of stock levels in the ERP system without having to switch between systems.

This makes it easier to make the right decisions when ordering and planning — directly where you work.

Which inventory values are displayed depends on how the integration is configured in each system.

The feature requires that the appropriate permission is assigned to the user or user group. Contact us via chat or email us at [email protected].

Work Order Map Widget – smarter handling of large data sets

The widget that displays work orders on the map has been updated with a new filtering mechanism that limits how much data is loaded at a time. This reduces memory usage and improves performance, especially in environments with a large number of work orders.

At the top of the map view, you can now see how many work orders are currently visible, along with information explaining why certain items are not displayed.

Improvements to “Print completed form”

We have improved the printing of completed forms with several small but practical updates. You can now choose to include the form description as a subtitle in the printout. This is the same text that is shown in the app and in the Description column.

When printing forms in the Summary Report, any subtitle is always included in the printout.

Descriptions added to attached images are now also printed as text below each image when you choose to include photos in the printout.

Payment plan printout

If you have added a description to your payment plan, you can now choose to include it in the printout as well. This makes it easier to share complete information with both customers and colleagues.

Service agreements – support for decimals when creating order lines

When order lines are automatically created from a service agreement (Contract line extended data → Order lines), you can now enter quantities with decimals, just like on a regular order line. Previously, this was only possible using whole numbers.

Unlock all order lines

You can now unlock all approved order lines at once via right-click, instead of doing it line by line. This saves time and makes it easier to adjust order lines when changes are needed.

Just like the Unlock feature, this functionality requires that the appropriate permission is assigned to the user or user group.

Link Fleet trips for the selected vehicle

If you have a configuration where users select the vehicle or machine they are currently using in the app — such as a crane truck or jetting truck — trips for the selected vehicle are now automatically shown when linking trips to a work order.

If no vehicle or machine is selected, trips where the user is registered as the driver will be shown, just as before.
