News in Infobric Workorder
This month we’re releasing long-awaited new features. The highlight is our new forms tool, giving you full control over creating and managing forms. In addition, the app’s login page has a new look.
New! Forms tool – create and manage forms with ease
It’s finally here! With our new forms tool, you can create, edit, and manage checklists, service and inspection protocols, self-checks, risk assessments, and other forms linked to work orders. You can also control when forms appear in the app, ensuring they are only shown for relevant order types, product models, or projects.
All existing customers will have access to the new module at no extra cost until the end of June. After that, a small monthly fee will apply if you choose to continue using the module and the forms you have created.

Do you already have forms implemented in the system by Infobric Workorder? They are not affected by the new tool, but feel free to contact us if you would like to check whether they can be enabled for maintenance in the new forms module.
New login page in the app
We have updated the app’s login page to align with our new cloud environment. As an existing user, this simply means you need to select “Activation key” when logging in — after that, everything works just as before.

Filterable forms
Do you already have forms set up in the system that were implemented for you by Infobric Workorder? Even if you choose not to make them maintainable through the Forms tool, you can now complement them with filters so they are only shown on work orders that meet certain conditions. For example, a form can be restricted to a specific order type.
Contact us if you would like help activating this.
Delete forms in the app
App users can now be given permission to delete completed forms that they have filled in themselves. This feature must be activated and applies only to forms completed after this update. Completed forms could already be deleted in the central web interface.
Improvements to Service Agreements
Widget for monitoring expiring service agreements
Keep track of service agreements that are approaching their end date. A new widget is now available to help you monitor agreements where the end date is approaching or has already passed.
The widget is called “Monitoring of expiring service agreements.” You can decide how many days before the end date the alert should appear and how many days after the end date it should remain visible.
Order type locked for service agreement work orders
We have updated the system so that the order type can no longer be changed on work orders created from service agreements. Previously, manually changing the order type could sometimes cause incorrect calculations for the next scheduled service.
Deadline set correctly relative to on-site date
When a service agreement is linked to a site or a unit, you can now specify that the deadline should be a certain number of days after the planned on-site date. This calculation was sometimes incorrect in earlier versions, but we have now corrected it so that the deadline is always set to the specified number of days after the scheduled date.
Monitor – handling of preliminary orders
You can now configure the system so that orders marked as preliminary are transferred to Workorder with a defined status, allowing them to be hidden in the app view.
