Product Updates October2025

What’s new in Infobric Workorder

In this release, we’ve made several improvements to navigation and Form Design. You can now add multiple addresses to the same work order, view warnings for uncertain locations, and adjust them directly on the map.

We’ve also enhanced Transport Planning, made attachments faster to open, and added clear warnings for mandatory forms.

Clear warning for uncertain address location

It’s now easier to see when an address can’t be placed accurately on the map.

In Infobric Workorder, you can freely enter addresses — for example, “Storbygget, Växjö” instead of an exact street address.

However, allowing free text also means the system sometimes has to guess the map position. If Google Maps can’t pinpoint the location precisely, a yellow warning triangle now appears next to the map. This indicates that the location may need to be adjusted before saving.

You can easily adjust an uncertain location by zooming in on the map and right-clicking where the site actually is. The new position will then be saved and used for navigation.

The yellow warning triangle also appears in the mobile app when an address is uncertain. If you start navigation from such a location, you’ll also see a clear warning that the position isn’t exact.

Please note that the improvements for indicating uncertain locations apply only to work orders created after this release — existing orders are not updated.

We’ve also made it easier to start navigation directly from the address. Simply click the map icon next to the address field, and the location will open right away in your map app.

Multiple addresses in the same work order

Some jobs are carried out as a route, where several locations need to be visited within the same work order. You can now add multiple addresses in a defined order, making it clear for the worker which locations to visit — and in what sequence.

In the app, the route is displayed address by address, and the user can easily start navigation to each location.

In the app, work orders with multiple addresses are shown with an icon featuring two map pins. When you tap the icon, you’ll see the addresses listed in the order they should be visited. Tapping an address starts navigation directly to that location.

The feature is initially released as an optional add-on that needs to be activated. Contact Infobric Workorder Support via chat or email if you’d like to enable the feature right away.

Hyrma – Workorder

Improvements in Transport Planning

Contract number in the list and selectable columns

You can now display the Contract number column in the Transport Planning list.

You can also choose which columns to show by clicking the […] button in the top right corner.

Indication of uncertain location

If the navigation position is uncertain, a yellow warning triangle is now displayed.

It indicates that the location may need adjustment, helping the driver avoid navigating to the wrong destination. If no position is found at all, a red exclamation mark is shown.

Tip! Did you know that you can adjust the position for all orders at a worksite by adding a customer project in Hyrma?

Right-click the row and select “Edit site” to set the correct position. The new position will then automatically be used for all future orders linked to that location.

Transport date from Hyrma

If the transport date is changed in Hyrma, the date in Workorder will now be updated automatically.

Forms – warning when a mandatory form is missing

If a form is set as mandatory before a work order can change status, a warning is now shown in the central web interface.

In the app, this already applies: the status can’t be changed until all mandatory forms are completed.

In the central interface you can still change the status, but you’ll now get a clear reminder that a mandatory form is missing.

Terminology update in Form Design

To make things clearer, we’ve added the label “Draft” to the “Unpublished” section in Form Design Forms under these headings have not yet been published to the application.

Faster access to attachments on supplier invoices

You can now open the supplier invoice and its PDF attachment directly from the order line — if the order line was created from a supplier invoice.

Right-click the chain icon on the line to view and open the attachment with a single click.

Customer approval – option to hide order description

You can now choose not to display the order description on the customer approval document. The setting is managed in the Control Panel and is enabled by default.

Invoice basis printout – choose sorting order

You can now decide how the rows are sorted on the invoice basis printout.

If you don’t make a selection, the same order as before is used. However, if you enable sorting, you can choose from several different sorting options.

Monitor – automatic order locking

When an order is fully delivered in Monitor, it is now automatically locked in Workorder.

The feature requires activation, so contact us if you’d like to start using it.

Adjustment of EDI email

When the setting to skip EDI import for fixed-price orders is enabled, the confirmation email now displays the correct text.
