What’s New in Infobric Workorder
Summer is here, and we're releasing one final small update before taking a short break. We'll be back with more news in August!
In this version, users of the Form Tool get new possibilities – for example, you can now create daily logs under work orders by displaying filled-in values directly in lists.
( Swedish version available here )
Control the Description Text for Submitted Forms
Now you can control the description of submitted forms yourself
As a form creator, you can now choose which fields should be used as the description in list views when users have filled out a form. By selecting one or more fields as the description text for a submitted form, it's much easier to distinguish between them – especially when the same form can be submitted multiple times on the same work order.
The selected description text is also shown in the web interface under the Report tab and is included when printing the form.
Example: you can choose to use the field "Today's date" as the description when the form is saved.
The setting is done in two steps: first, you mark which fields should be available for use in the description, and then you activate the option "Generate description based on filled-out form."
You can read more about how to use the new functions here (swedish only).
Filter by Order Category in Work Order Search (Change Orders)
You can now filter the search in Work Order Search by Order Category. This makes it easier to get an overview – show all work orders, or limit the view to only Standard Orders or Change Orders (ÄTA/Change orders).
Filter by Employee/Resource Type in Overview and Project Board
You can now also filter the Overview and Project Board views by Employee/Resource Type. Just like in the Planning View, you can choose to show – or hide – resources that are not people.
Förbättring Betalningsplan
We’ve now addressed a previous shortcoming – it is no longer possible to change the status of a payment plan if any of the associated rows have already been approved and/or invoiced. This ensures that approved or invoiced data cannot be altered by mistake.
