Product updates March 2026

Updated today

News in Infobric Workorder

This update includes several improvements that give you better control over planning and integrations, and make it easier to work with documentation in everyday operations.

We’re introducing Preliminary Planning! This feature lets you plan all work in advance without it being visible to field staff, and then release it when it’s time for them to start the job.

We’ve also improved the integration with Monitor, with automatic updates of customer status and the ability to control which order types are sent.

In addition, we’ve made it easier to select the right images in consolidated reports and improved the handling of comments in transport orders.

The update will be released on Wednesday, March 25th at 15:00.

Preliminary Planning

You can now plan jobs without them being visible in the app right away.

With Preliminary Planning, you can set up and prepare work in advance without field staff seeing it or being able to start working on it. Once your planning is complete, you decide when it should become visible.

This allows you to plan at your own pace, without the risk of work being started too early.

When your planning is complete, you can easily make it visible:

  • Directly in the planning view

  • From within the work order

  • Or for multiple items at once via “Confirm planning”

For example, you can release an entire day’s or week’s schedule in one go.

This feature needs to be enabled by Infobric Workorder.

Monitor: Automatic Customer Status Updates

Customer status in Infobric Workorder is now automatically updated based on the status in Monitor. If a customer is no longer active in Monitor (for example, set as inactive or blocked), it will also be marked as inactive in Infobric Workorder. This also applies to the customer’s facilities.

An inactive customer:

  • Cannot be selected when creating new work orders

  • Is clearly marked as “inactive” on existing orders

Monitor: Filter Order Types in the Integration

You can now choose to exclude certain order types in Infobric Workorder from being sent to Monitor.

This is useful, for example, when:

  • You create work orders that are not yet ready to be sent

  • Work orders originate from an integration and need to be completed first

By default, orders are continuously synced to Monitor, meaning they are normally available in both systems right away. With this setting, you can instead delay sending specific orders until they are ready.

It is also possible, as before, to control the transfer based on the work order status.

Consolidated Report: Easier Image Selection

When generating a consolidated report, you can now also see the image description.

The description is the text added when an image is attached to a work order. It is now displayed directly in the image list in the print dialog.

This makes it easier to select the right images to include in the report, without having to open and review each one.

Hyrma–Workorder Transport Orders

When you add a comment to a transport in Hyrma, it typically applies to the entire shipment.

That’s why the comment is now shown only once at the beginning of the description on the transport order in Infobric Workorder. It is also displayed at the top of the transport list under “Notes.”

If a comment has been modified for a specific line in the shipment, the differing text is shown on that particular line.
